5. The Husband, Gary LeRoy Coburn, is hereby sentenced ~

to serve thirty days in the St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce,

Florida. The Husband may purge himself of contempt for failure ~
to make said child support payments by paying to the Clerk of
this Court the sum of $160 on or before August 30, 1985. Upon
the Husband's failure to make such payment by such time he shall
surrender himself to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida
to serve thirty days in the St. Lucie County jail.
6. The Husband, Gary LeRoy Coburn, is hereby sentenced
to serve thirty days in the St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce,
Florida ior his failure to pay to Errol S. Willes, Esquire,
the sum of $262.SQ as above set out. The Husband may purge
himself of such contempt for failure to pay such fee and costs
to Errol S. Willes by paYing to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, the
sum of 5262.50 on or before September 30, 1985. Upon the
Husband's failure to make said payment of $262.50 by such time
to Errol S. Willes he shall s~arrender himself to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County, Florida to serve thirty days in the St.
Lucie County jail.
7. In the event the Husband fails to pay to the C1erk
of the above entitled Court the sum of $160 for child support
by August 30, 1985 or fails to pay Errol S.Willes, Esquire,
the sum of $262.50 for fee and costs on or before September
, 30, 1985, and fails to surrender himself to the Sheriff of St.
Lucie County, Florida the Wife or her attornAy may file with
this Court an affidavit to that effect and a commitment order ~

will be issued without further notice directing all and singular '

the sheriffs of the State of Florida to apprehend the Husband

and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida j
to serve ~hirty days, j
8. The Husband may purge himself of contempt after
being incarcerated by paying the amount of $160 to the Clerk
of this Cour~ as provided in paragraph 5, and by paying the
