GARY WAYNE PEmERSON, Husband
and
PATRICIA MARLEEN PETERSON, Wife
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard on August 19, 1985 on
the Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt and the Court having
heard testimony of the respective parties and argument af counsel
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The ~usband, Gary Wayne Peterson, has failed to
comply with the terms of the Final Judgment, Dissolution of
Marriage entered in this cause on July 12, 1985 and is in arrears
in his payments to the Wife for child support in the sum of
$480 as of August 19, I985.
2. The Husband has been gain~ully and regularly
employed since the entry of the Final Judgment up to the date
of the hearing on August 19, 1985 and has the ability to make
such payments pursuant to said Final Judgment above set out.
3. The Husband, Gary Wayne Peterson, is in wilful
contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with the terms
of the Final Judgment as above set out.
4, The Husband, Gary Wayne Peterson, is hereby
sentenced to serve thirty days in the St. Lucie County jail, ~

Ft. Pierce, Florida. The Husband may purge himself of contempt ;

for failure to make said child support payments by paying to ;

the Clerk of this Court the sum of $480 on or before September J

19, 1985. Upon the Husbnd's failure to make such payment by ~
such time he shall surrender himself to the Sherif~ of St. Lucie '
County, Florida to serve thirty days in the St. Lucie County
