5. In the event the Husband fails to pay to the Clerk

of the above entitled Court the sum of $480 for child support ~
i
by September 19, 1985 and fails to surrender himself to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida the Wife or her attorney
may file with this Court an affidavit to that effect and a
commitment order will be issued without further notice, directing
all and singular the sheriffs of the State of Florida to apprehend
the Husband and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,
Florida to serve thirty days.
6. The Husband may purge himself of contempt after
being incarcerated by paying the amount of $480 to the Clerk
of this Court as provided above.
7. The Court determines the sum of $20(1 to be a
reasonabie fee ~or the Wife's attorney for representing her
in and about the Motion for Contempt. The Husband is ordered
to pay said sum plus $12 for costs, for a total of $212, to
Errol S. Willes, Esquire, within fifteen days from the date
of this Order.
8. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause
for the purpose of enforcing all the terms and conditions of
this Order and for the entry of such further Orders as may be
necessary.
