2. That your deponent is the husband of Clementine
Tomasko.
3. That Clementine Tomasko resides with your deponent ~
at 1U12 Saratoga Road, Ballston Lake, New York.
4. That on October 9, 1979, a Power of Attorney was
executed by Clementine Tomasko, appointing your deponent as
her attorney-in-fact, which was recorded in the Saratoga
County Clerk's Office~on October 31, 1979, in Book 100I of
Deeds, at page 427. As of this date the said Power of Attorney
is.in full force and effect.
