3. That an May 16, 1984, I executed a Power of Attorney
appointing my father, John J. Tomasko, as my attorney-in-
fact, which was recorded in the Saratoga County Clerk's
Office on May 29, 1984 in Book 1054 of Deeds at page 565.
As of this date the said Power of Attorney is in full force
and effect.
4. I make this affidavit to verity that at the time
of the execution of the Power of Attorney I was alive and -
competent and as of this date I am alive and competent.
