INDENTURE

hereinafter referred to as Owner (whether more than one) and
Southeast Bank, N.A. he~einafter calied the Mongagee,

WITNESSETH: That the said Owner, to secure an indebtedness payable to the Mortgagee, ~

and its assigns forever, the following property in the County of st. Lucie

according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book ~ 14 at Page ~ S(A-1)

If this is a junior mortgage, any default under the terms and conditions of an existing prior mortgage
shall co~stitute a default under the terms of this mortgage and the promissory note secured hereby.
Owner shall pay the aforesaid note and shall comply with each of its covenants and the covenants of
this mortgage, pay all taxes which may accrue on said property, keep the premises insured against all
risks of property damage, including flood insurance at full insurable value and pay all costs and
exper~ses of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee, whether incurred at pre-trial, trial or
appellate proceedings, or otherwise. Owner will not without the prior written consent of the
Mortgagee, sell or transfer the above described property. Upon breach of any of the provisions of the ~
A note or of this mortgage, Mortgagee may declare the entire outstanding indebtedness immediately
due and payable.
