the undersigrtad (Tha Borrower) to City Federal Savings and Loan Associatian (The Note Holder) covering property '

NOTICE TO BORROWER: This Rider changes the terms of your Note a~d Security instrument in two ways: (t) On
each Change Date your interest rate may not increass or decrease by mo~e than a specified amount and (2) your
interest ~ate wi!1 never be greater than 15.00 ~ib during the t~rm of your loan.
MODIFICATtONS: In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Note Instrument, Borrower and Lender
further covenant and agree as foltows:
1. On my first Change Date. the interest rate calculated pursuant to Paragraph 4(C) of the Note and Paragraph
A 4.(C) of the Adjustable Rate Rider may not be greater than 10.875 9~6 or less than 6.875 9~6. On
every Change Date thereafter the interest rate calculated pursuant to Paragraph 4(C) of the Note and Paragraph
A 4.(C) of the Adjustable Rate Rider may not increase or decrease by more than 2~10 over or under the interest
rate calculated on the previous Change Date. ~
2. Changes in my interest rate as permitted in Paragraph 4(C) of the Note and Paragraph A 4.(C) of the Adjustable
Rate Rider will not cause my interesi rate to exceed 15.00 9~o during the term of my loan.
