ASSOCIATION as well in consideration oF the premises as of the sum of

This Partial Release of Mortgage also releases the lands described
above from the Collateral Assignment of Rents and Leases recorded in O.R.
Book 456 at Page 1749 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and the UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in O.R. Book 456 at Page 1755
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said BUIGAS II3VESTMENT
CORPORATION a Florida co oration its heirs and assigns foraver, freed,
exonerated an~ discharyed of and~om fhs lien of said mort9age, and every pa~t thereof; Provided always,
