in Exhibit "B", attached.

To the extent that the terms of this Agreement conflict with the ~
terms of the note, Mortgage Deed and Security Agreement, Collateral ~
Assignment of Rents and Leases, UCC-1 Financing Statement and other Loan ?
Documents, the terms of Lhis Agreement shall prevail. In all other ;

respects, the conditions, provisions and terms contained in the Mortgage

Deed and Security Agreement, Collateral Assignment of Rents and Leases, '
UCC-1 Financing Statement and other Loan Documents be and the same are •
