MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into the bth day of tember ,
1985, by and between GLENDALE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, here-
inafter called the "Lender", and BUIGAS INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, hereinafter called the "Borrower".
W I T N E S S F T H:
THAT, WHEREAS, Borrower is the owner of the following described
property located, and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
SEE EXHIBITS "A" and "B" AT'TACHED
WHEREAS, the Lender is the owner and holder of a Mortgage Deed and
Security Agreement from Borrower encumbering the property described in Exhibit "A~'
which Mortgage Deed and Security Agreement secures the payment of a certain
note fn the original principal amount of Z~ao Hundred Eleven Thousand and
no/100ths ($211,000.00) Dollars dated February 19, 1985, and which Mortgage ~
Deed and Security Agreement was filed for record February 20, 1985, in O.R.
Book 456 at Page 1740 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
~ To further secure the payment of the note and to document the loan from ~

~ Lender to Borrower, Borxower has executed for the benefit of Lender, a i

Collateral Assignment of Rents and Leases recorded February 20, 1985, in

~ O.R. Book 456 at Page 1749 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; '
a UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded February 20, 1985, in O.R. Book 45b at
Page 1755 of the Public Rec~r~s of St. Lucie County, Florida and other
unrecorded documents, hereinafter called "Loan Documents"; and
~ WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower wish to make changes in the legal descriptions
~ in the Loan Documents. -
~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these presents, as well as in

consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100ths ($10.00) Dollars and other
good and valuable considerations, each to the other in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of the mutual benefit
