hereby mutually covenant and agree as follows:
1. That the lands encumbered by the Mortgage Deed and SeCUrity
Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 456 at Page 1740 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; the Collateral Assignment
of Rents and Leases recorded in O.R. Book 456 at Page 1749 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; the UCC-1
Financing Statement recorded in O.R. Book 456 at Page 1755 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and the other
Loan Documents,. shall be those lands described in Exhibit "B",
attached.
To the extent that the terms of this Agreement conflict with the terms
of the note, Mortgage Deed and Security Agreement, Collateral Assignment
of Rents and Leases, UCC-1 Financing Statzment and other Loan Documents, the
terms of this Agreement shall prevail. In all other respects, the conditions,
provisions and terms contained in the Mortgage Deed and Security Agreement,
Collateral Assignment of Rents and Leases, UCC-1 Financing Statement and
other Loan Documents be and the same are her~by ratifted and confirmed by
each and every party hereto.
