TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court, without
notice, on the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and
based upon the sworn petition of the Wife and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the parties be restrained from
coming about, harming, harassing or molesting the other. It is
further
ORDERED and ADJUBGED that both parties are Ordered and

Directed not to themselves remove nor to permit or obtain any person ~

or persons to remove tr.4 minor child, JUSTTN BARNES, beyond the limits
of the State of Florida without an order of this Court permitting
rea~oval. It is further -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that all and singular the Sheriffs of
the State of Florida, Folice Officers or any other law enforce-
ment agency is hereby ordered to render such assistance as is necess- ~
ary to carry out the terms of this Order and if any offense be ~
committed in their presence to immediately take the offending party ;
