CRESWELL, Husband. / ORDER ON WIFE'S MOTION FOR DEFAULT AND MOTION FOR CONTEMPT THIS CAUSE came before this Court on September 9, 1985 upon the Wife's Motion for Default and Motion for I Contempt and the Husband having appeared personally and f counsel for the Wife having also appeared and the Court i having heard argument of the Husband and counsel for the Wife and this Court further having found that the Husband has been continuously employed since the entry of the Temporary Order on August.l2, 1985 by Acting Circuit Judge William G. Tye and the Husband having testified that his average net salary is $413.00 per week, and the Husband further having testified that he has paid $6.96 towards the attorney's fees ordered in said Temporary Order and I ~ i ; ~ the Court having been otherwise fully advised in the ~ i ~ premises, it is ~ III ~ I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ( 1. MOTION FOR DEFAULT MOOT: This Court having been I advised that the parties have reconciled determines that ~ ~ the Motion for Default is moot and thereby takes no action ~ on the Wife's Motion for Default at this time. ~ 2. ORDER OF CONTEMPT: This Court finds the ~ Husband, Robert B. Creswell, to be in contempt of this ~ r I Court for failure to pay the temporary attorney's fees ~ ~ ~ ( ordered in paragraph 6 of the Temporary Order entered k i August 12, 1985 by Acting Circuit Judge William G.
