Based upon the Husband's testimony, th~ Husband has been
gainfully employed since the entry of the Order and has
sufficient funds and finances to be able to pay said
temporary attorney's fees and is presently employed is
_ capable of paying said attorney's fees. The Husband is
hereby ordered to pay the remaining balance of $243.05 to
John Edgar Sherrard, P. A. in the form of cash, money
order, or cashier's check at 203 S. Indian River Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida on or before 4:30 p.m. October 25,
1985. If the Husband fails to make the payment set forth
` above, then upon affidavit of John Edgar Sherrard that
said amount has not been pa.id, the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County or his deputies are hereby ordered to apprehend and
~ to arrest the Husband, Robert B. Creswell and incarcerate
~
j him in the St. Gucie County Jail and confine him for a ,
~ ~
period of 30 days from the date of incarceration for being
in direct contempt of this Couzt, but permit the Husband,
I
Robert B. Creswell, to purge himself by paying in full the
sum set forth in the affidavit by counsel as remaining due
! and unpaid as of 4:30 p.m. October 5, 1985.
