THIS CAUSE came before this Court on the Petition for
Temporary Relief of SIMONNE BABINEAU and LAVAIN RONALD BABINEAU ~
and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being other- ~

wise fully adv~sed in the premises, it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DENA R. BABINEAU nIk/a DENA R. _
SMITH shall permit'LAVAIN BABINEAU and STMONNE BABINEAU to take
the minor child of the parties away from the former wife's
residence for daytime visitation every other weekend on Saturdays
and Sundays until Final Hearing in this cause. It is specifically
ordered by this Court that LAVAIN BABINEAU and SIMONNE BABINEAU
have visitation away from the wife's premises on a reasonabl~
basis, but not to include overnight visitation until the Final
Hearing. ~
