2. Decedent, FELIKSA PARADOWICZ, whose last known
address was 2025 Harlow St., Port St. Lucie, Florida, aiea on
August 10, 1985 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie Cour~ty, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their
addresses and relatinnships to decedent, and the ages of any who
are minors, are:
