7. Edward Paradowicz, does hereby transfer and set over
all of his interest in the within estate to his brother, Mitchell '
Paradowicz.
8. It is proposed that all probate assets of the
decedent, includin~ exempt property, be distributed or disposed
of as follows:

9. After exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioners

S of this petition.

the foregoing, and the facts alleged are true to the best of our
knowledge and belief.
