PETITIOIJ TO DETERMINE COMPETENCY
Your petitioner respectfully respresents to the Court
that MABEL IRENE WOOLEY, who is 84 years of age and whose address
is 1951 S. E. Aneci, Port St. Lucie, Florida, is to each of your
petitioners personally know; that your petitioner's knowledge of
her mental and physical condition is sufficient to justify the
belief that she is incompetent within the intent and meaning of
Florida Statute 744.331 and that the nature of her disability is
that she is physically incapable of caring for herself or
managing her property; that she is now a resident of St. L1cie
County, an~ has been a bona fide resident of the State of
Florida continuously since March, 1984 and since then precedirag
this petition. The members of the family of the said person with
