entitled to preference in appointment as personal representa-
tive because she is the nominated personal representative
under CLAUSE XII of decedent's Last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estatP are: Intangible personal property over
$100,000.00.
7. The estate will be required to file a federal
estate tax return.
8. The original of the decedent's last will dated
April 20, 1983, accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State
of Florida; that she will faithfully administer the estate
of said decedent according to law, and that she hereby
designates CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, whose residence address is 151 Hartman
Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as her agent or attorney for
service of process in any suit or action against her in her
representative cap3city, or personally if such personal ac-
tion accrued in the administration of this estate.

€ Petiticner requests that the decedent's will
be admitted to probate and that she be appointed personal
representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
