2. Decedent, WILLIAM R. SCHOFIELD, whose last known
address was 808 B Royal Palm Way, Fort Pierce, FL 33448 died on
August 17, 1985, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at tne time of
death Decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, State of
Florida.

this Estate and of Decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their
: addresses and relationships to Decedent, and the ages of any who
are minors, are:
