Release. Upon payment oi all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall relrase this Serurity Instrument w•ithout charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs. 22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fec~" shall include an~~ attorneys' fees awardecl by an appe~late coun. 23.
