20. I.ender in Possession. Upon accelecation under paragraph 19 or abandonment of the Property, tender (by

rents of the Property including those past due. Any rents coliected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied hrst to
payment of the costs of management of the Property and coliection of rents, including, but not limited tu, receiver's fees,
premi~ms on receiver's bonds and reasonable attbrneys' fees, and then to the sums sctiured by this Security instrument.
21. Release. Upon payment oi all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall relrase this Serurity
Instrument w•ithout charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fec~" shall include an~~ attorneys'
fees awardecl by an appe~late coun.
23. Riders to this Security [nstrument. lf one or more riders are executed by Borrou~er and rec:ordeci together w•ith
this Security Instrument, the covenants and agreements of each such rider shall be incorporated inta and shall amend and
