SECTION TWENTY-SEVENF PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVB Dl~?TE. !

THE CITY OF POR~ ST. LUCIE BLREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The City of Port St. Lucie, Florida hereby
releases and abandons a portio~ of the 20 foot easement running
~
along the most southerly portion of Lots 20 through 40 i~cl~sive,
Block 99, Port S~. Luci~ Section Twenty-Seven, recorded in Plat
Book 14, Paqe 5(A-I), public re~ords of St. Lucie County,
;
~ Florida, said abandoned portion being more particularly described
as the most northerly 5 feet of the 20 foot easement affecting
said lots.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10)
days after its final adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Port
St. Lucie, Florida, this ~ day of ~ , 1984.
