RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come bQfore the Court for final
hearing on the Petition for restraining order and the Court
having heard testimony and being otherwise fully and well advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, JERRY L.
EMERT, is restrained and enjoined from having any contact with
the Petitioner, her daughter, her employer and from otherwise
coming about her homeplace or w~orkplace and iurther, is enjoined
from molesting, harassing, intimidating, interferring with,
threatening or using physical violence an the Petitioner.
ALL AND SINGULAR the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
~ are directed to render such assistance to the Petitioner, DONNA
I J. COTE, as may be necessary in insuring the Respondent's

; compliance with this Restra?ning Order without further Order o~
this Court. It is further '
ORDERED AND p.DJUDGED that this Restraining Order shall
remain in full force and effect until further Order of this
Court.
