THIS CAUSE, having come before the undersigned at
8:30 a.m. on August 29, 1985, upon Plaintiff's Motion For Imposition
of Sanctions and Plaintiff's Second Motion For Imposition of Sanctions

interrogatories, and to appear for deposition, and the court being
