Petitioner, RAYMOND JOHN BUSS~ING, as personal repre-
sentative of the above estate, alleges:
l. The decedent, George Clarence Bussing, a resident
of St. Lticie County, Florida, died on May 5, 1985, and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on May 8, 1985. -
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final account-
ing containing a complete report of ali ::eceipts and disburse-
R~ents since the commencement of administration of this estate,
or since the date of the Iast accounting iile~ herein, if any,
or `aaivPrs signed by all interested persons, c~ther than Peti-
~ tion~r, waiving the filing of a final accoanting.
3. Petitioner has fully administer~d this estate by
making paymei~t, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making pravision
for the payment of aIl taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
. ap~raisers, or other ~gents employed by the personal represen-
tative is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

5. Petit~oner has f iled all required estate tax re-
. turns with the Int~rnal Revenue Servica and with fi he Department
of Rsvanue c~ the State of Florida, and has obtained an~i filed
with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations for both federal and Flori~da estate taxes, if any.
