This cause came on to be heard on the Petition for
uthority to Sell Real Property filed herein by EVELYN A.
ANSON, Guardian of the~property of ROSEMARY HANSON, a minor, and
the Court finds that no Notice of the Petition is necessary, the
requested sale being in the best interest of the minor and it
appearing to the Court that the Guardian has received an offer to
purchase the real property of t:ze minor for $6,500.00 in cash for -
title to, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances to:
LOT 34, BLOCK 89, IND~AN RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 4,
as rec:.ided in Plat 9ook 10. Page 74, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
a copy of which agreement is attached to and made a part of the
Petition, payable as evi~enced in the CQntract for Sale and
Purchase attached to the Petition and marked as Exhibit "~1",
subject to the payment of the customary expenses of sale,
pursuant to the Cantract for Sale and Purchase; that the terms
and conditions of the Contract for Sale and Purchase and the
pric~ stated therein are in all respects fair and reasonable;
~ that the sale of said property is in the best interest of the
~ ~ninor; and the Court being othPrwise fully advised in the

~ premises, it is therefore:
