on the 30th day of September hours prior to the scheduled closing
cf the t~ansaction.
4. Although the contract is now in default, the purchasers
are ready and willing to complete the transaction and a closing
date is set for Friday, October 1~, 1985. The purchasets are~
'oound to rem~ve themselves frem the premises they are r2nting ~
and it is imperative to them that the c2osing take place October
11, 1985 and it is to the best interest of the estate that the
contract be honored and the transaction closed.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that an order allowing him to
seli said property be enter~d authorizing said sale in accordance
~ith the attached contraci. -
