ORDER AUTNORIZING SALE
The petition of Roger G. Orr, the personal representative
of the ancillary administration of the above estate, for leave to
sell certain property as described in the petition, for the purpose
of concluding a transaction entered into by the decedent prior to
her death, coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing to the
~ourt that it is to the best interest of the estate that said
property be sold in accordance with the contract attached to the "
petition; and it further appearing that under the teruis of the will
of the deceased ~o ~ower of sale is provided; and the court being
fu12y advised;
It is ordered and adjudged that the said Roger G. Orr, as
the personal representative of the estate.of Freda Mitchell,
deceased, be, and he is hereby authorized to sell the following
a
described property, to-wit:

Condominium parcel knuwn as Apartment 1032-E of PHASE
VII of HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINItJI~, SECTION
3, "The Condominium" according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof "Declaration" as recorded in
Official Record Book 34I at pages 2402 through 2542
of the public records of St. Lucie County, ~lorida,
as the Declaration may have been am~nded by any amend-
ments recorded a.n the public records of St. Lucie
County, Flarida, including but not limited to any
amendments to add the aforesaid Phase to the Condo-
minium <if such Phase be other than Phase I thereof,)
f for cash in the amo~nt of FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSA?'VD DOLLARS.
