. The undersigned petiticner alleges:

~ 2. NELLIE KRAUSE is an incompetent, whose date of birth is
, June 28, 1904, who is 81 years of age, and whose social security

3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is paranoid
disorder and because she is unable to care far herself, and was
