2. Decedent, ROBERT 1. SMITH, whose last kn~wn address
~ was 20!}2 SWans Neck Way, Reston, Virginia 22091, and whose age
was 59 and whose social security number is 456-1f~-7173, died on
Juna 8, 1983 at Fairfax Hospital, Falls Church, Fs~rfax County,
Virginia, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
Fairfax County, Virginia. :
3. So far as.is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this Estate and of the Decedent's surving spouse, if any,
their addresses and relationship to ~ecedent, and the ages of any
who are minors, are:
