petition.
2. Decedent, Q,INTOr7 A. VANCE, SR., whose last known
address was 117 Oakland Avenue, Rernersville, North Carolina, and
whose age was 79 years and whose social security number is
150-28-8491, c3ied on July 3, 1983, at Forsyth Memorial Hospital,
Win4ton Sal~n, Forsyth County, North Carolina, and at the time of
death decedent was ~omiciled in Forsyth County, North Carolina.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate and of the decedent's surviving spouse, if any,
their addresses and relationship to decedent, and the ages of any
