I, CLINTON A. VANCE, SR., domiciled and residing in Saint
. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory and considering the uncertain~y of this life, do make,
publish, and declare this t~ be my L-ast Will And Testament, hereby ;
revoking all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. I

FIRST: I hereby direct that all of my legal debts,
funeral expenses and costs of ar3ministration of my estate be paid
as soon as practicable after the date of my death, and i further '
direct that Yates Funeral Home of Fort Pierce, Florida, handle the
arrangements for my mortal body to be cremated. It is also my wish
and I direct that my ashes be spread upon the waters.
SECOND: I give and devise the sum of One Thousand Five
Hundred ($1,SOO.OOi Dollars to KENNETH UNSELL, the son of my beloved
late wife, ANNA VANCE.
THIRD: I give and 3evise the seim of Fi~e Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars to KURT UNSELL, the son of my beloved late wife, ANNA
VANCE.

($500.00) Dollars to KAREN JOHNSON, the mother of my beloved late
wife, ANNA VANCE.
FIFTH: I give and devise the rest, r~sidue and remainder
