ORDBR GRANTING PLTITION FOR MODIFICATION
Upon petition o£ RICHARD DeSTBFANIS, Husband, for
modification of the Final Judgment entered in this cause on
January 4, 19~3, this Court finds and determines that the
marriage oi the parties was duly dissolved by this Court on
January 4, 1983; that since the date of dissolution, the Wife has
had the care, custody and control of the minor children of the
parties; that the parties have agreed that it is~in the best
interests of the minor Chil~?*_'e!? that the minor children live with
the Husband, RICHARD DeSTEFANIS; that it is in the best interests
oE the children that this agreement take effect and that the
Final Judgment be otherwise modified; and this Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter hereof. It
is, therefore
ADJUDGED that the Final Judqment of this Court dated

January 4, 1983, be and it is hereby modified as set forth ~

herein:
1. That the Husband, RICHARD DeSTEFANIS, have the
care, custody and control of the minor children of the parties
whose names and date of birth are: JENNIFER LYNN DeSTEFANIS,
born December 1, 1973; RICAARD DeSTEFANIS, JR., born April 12,
1977; and MICHAEL ANTHONY DeSTEFANIS, born April 4, 1979.
2. That the Modification Agreement of the parties
introduced into evidence dated August 1, 1985, is hereby
incorporated and made a part of this order.
