LURE f/k/a LINDA DeSTEFANIB, Wife, 256 S. E. Eyerly Avenue, Port
St. Lucie, Florida, 33452. .
The parties stipulate and agree that:
l. That their marriage was dissolved by the
above-styled Court on January 4, 1983.
2. That since the date of the dissolution, they have
not cohabited as Husband and Wife.
3. That since the date of the dissolution, Wife has
had the care, custody and control of the minor childr~n of the
parties whose names and dates of birth are: JENNIFER LYNN
DeSTEFANIS, born Deceaiber 1, 1973; RICHARD DeSTEFANIS, JR., born
April 12, 1977; and MICHAEL ANTHONY DeSTEFANIS, born April 4,
1979.
4. The parties have aqreed that it is in the best

interests of the cbildren that the minor children named above
shall live with their father RICHARD DeSTEFANIS, and he shall
henceforth have the care, custody and control of the minor
children with each party sharinq joint parental responsibility.
Reasonable rights of visitation shall be reserved to the Wife on
a liberal basis.
