~d~~ , 1985, and the Court having given full
consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines as
follows:
l. Stipulation: The parties hereto have entered
into a Stipulation concerning a Modification of that certain
Settlement Agreement dated February 16, 1981, said
Stipulation being specifically:
A. Modif ication Agreeme:.t dated the a~~day
of -f , I985.
2. Best Interest of the Minor Children: The
parties have experienced substantial changes in their
i circumstances, and it is in the best interest of the minor

E children that an amendment of certain terms of the Separation
~
and Property Settlement Agreement aforesaid are required.
3. Incorporation by Reference: The parties have
agreed to an Order which incorporates by reference the
aforementioned Modification Agreement, each party fully
understanding the terms of these agreements, believing they
are just, fair and reasonable.
WBEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Sole Parental Responsibility (Custody)_ and
~sitation of the Minor Ch ldren:
Revin J. VerPorter, born May 25, 1973, and
