FINAL JUDGMENT
OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for~ trial on all issues on
the 7th day of October, 1985, ugon the pleadings filed herein and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and
observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses,
finds and determines:
1. This Court haR jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit;
2. That the relationship of Husband and Wife now
exists between the parties;
3. That the marriage is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
` 1. DISSOLUTION. The marrfage between LORETTA RITCHIE,

Wife, and ARTHUR J. RITCflIE, Husband, be and the same is hereby

~ dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. POSSESSION OF MARITAL D~JELLING. The Wife is hereby
awarded exclusive possession of the martial dwelling as her place
of residence.
3. SPECIAL EQUITY. The Wife is hereby awarded a
~ special equity in the Ausband's share of the maritai residence in
~ the amount of $5,000.00. Said amount shall be aid from the

Husband's portion of the net proceeds derived from the sale of
the marital residence.
4. COUNT II. During final hearing the Wife gave
notice to the Court of her voluntary dismissal of Count II.
