FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing before the
Court on October 21, 1985. After giving full consideration
to the pleadings and evidence, including the answer and waiver
filed by the Wife, the Court does hereby find and determine
that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit; that the relationship of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; and the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSULUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
JAMES W. OSTERHOUDT, Hus~aand, and BARBARA P. OSTERHOUDT, Wife,
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever free from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
~ 2. PROPERTY: The Stipulation and Property Settlement
Agreement of the parties dated August 20, 1985, heretofore
entered into evidence, is hereby approved by the Court, and
incorporated by reference herein, and the parties are ordered
• to comply with the provisions thereof as if fully set forth
herein.
3. MAIDEN NAME; The maiden name of the Wife,
to-wit: BARBARA L. PADRICK, be and the same is hereby restored,
