each other on August 20, 1977 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and ~e A

presently separated. There have been no children born of this
marriage and no issue is contemplated. It is anticipated the
Husband will tile a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage in the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, to dissolve the marriage
of the parties, and this Stipulation and Property Settlement Agree-
ment is intended to be a full settlement and final resolution of
all matters in that action, including a division of the marital
assets and obligations of the parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
expressed herein, the parties do hereby covenant and agree as follows: ;

1. That the foregoing recitals are true. ~
2. CONSIDERATION: The consideration for this Stipula- '

~ tion and Property Settlement Agreement is the mutual benefits to ~

be obtained by the parties and the promises of each party to the

other. The adequacy of the consideration for this Stipulation and ~

Property Settlement Agreement is admitted by the parties. ~

3. SEPARATION: The parties at all times hereafter

shall continue to live separate and apart. Each party shall reside ~
i
at a place of his or her choosing without interference from the ~
~
~ other. The parties shall not harass one another, nor shall they
