~ 4. PERSONAL PROPERTY: Except as otherwise provided
herein, the parties have divided their jointly-held personal property
and each has the full use and ownership of said items, free from
any claim or demand of the other party.
The Husban3 shall have the exclusive ownership, use and
possession of the 1984 Ford F-250 truck, the 1977 Pontiac Grand Pri~,
and the 1967 Prowler travel trailer, together with the current
license plates and registrations for each, free and clear of any
claims by the Wife. The Wife shall have the exclusive ownership,
use and possession of the 1982 Chevrolet Caprice, together with the
current license plate and registration, free and clear of any claim
by the Husband.
If necessary, each party shall convey to the other, by
appropriate instrument, all of his or her right, title to and interest
in the v~hicles mentioned above, and the party receivinq the owner-
ship of said vehicles accept and assumes all existing encumbrances
on it, together with all costs of ownership, maintenance, insurance
and transfer fees. Each party agrees to indemnify and save harmless
the other party from any claim or liability on account of said
vehicles to be owned by them, including any sncumbrance or lien
existing on said vehicles.
5. REAL PROPERTY: The parties own the following marital
home and real property as tenants by the entirety, having a residential
address of 7305 Fort Walton, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, FL, more

a particularly described as;
Lots 17 and 18, $lock 67, LAKEWOOD PARK,
UNIT NO. 6, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 7 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ,
The Husband shall have the exclusive use, ownership
and possession of this property. Simultaneously, with the execution
of this agreement, the D~ife agrees to deliver her quit claim deed
~ to the Hu'aband conYeying all of her interest in this property.

The parties further own rental property consisting of
a duplex unit located at 3106 Niagara Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida,
