more particularly described as:
Lots 18 and 19, Block 51, SAN LUCIE PLAZA,
UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 5, Paqe 57 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Wife shall have the exclusive use, ownership and
possession of this property. Simultaneously, with the execution
of this agreement, the Husband agrees to deliver his quit claim
de~a the Wife conveying all of his interest in this property.
The parties further own the following vacant real
property located in the State of Georgia, and more particularly
described as:
Land Lot 11 in the 16th District and
First Section of Union County, Georgia,
containing 1.05 acres, more or less,
less the southwest 20 feet thereof, as -
recorded in Plat Book J, Folio 209, of
; the Public Records of Union County, Georgia.
The Husband shall have the exclusive use, ownership
and possession of this property. Simultaneously, with the execution
of this agreement, the Wife agrees to deliver her quit claim deed
to the Husband conveying all of her interest in this property.
As of the date of transfer, each party agrees to assume
all existing encumbrances on the above-described real property being
transferred to them, and further agree to indemnify and save harmless
the other party from any claim or liability on account of any encwa-

brance, mortgage, or lien existing on said property. Each party ~
further agrees to assume full liability for all taxes and insurance
for the current and succeeding years, transfer all of their interest

'f in any Pscrow account being maintained by a mortgage company or
k financial lending institution, in addition to assigning all interest

in existing insurance policies (fire and extended coverage) covering

~ the property being transferred. The party receiving ownership of
any of the property transferred above, shall also be xesponsible for
~ any necessary fees or costs incurred by the transfer, including
~ recording fees, documentary stamps, and mortgage transfer costs, if

~ any. -
