DEBTS: Except as otherwise provided herein, the parties acknowledge that each has incurred individual indebtness during the course of the marriage, and further agrees that each shall be responsible for repayment of his or her indebtness respectively and hold the other party ::~:-mless therefore. In each instance where the parties maint~in a joint crGUit account, the , party incurring the charge or charges on the joint account will be responsible for repayment of the indebtness, and the joint account, if any, shall from this date be closed and termin~*ed at the request of either party. Neither party shall incur any obliga- tion in the future for which the other party may become liable. If any action or rxoceedinq is initiated to hold a party responsible for an obligation incurred, or assumed by the other party under the provisions of th~~ agreement, the party who incurred the obligation shall defend the other, whether or not the action or ¢ proceeding is w~~~--F~unded, including the payment of reasonable E '"s = attorney's fees and costs. 7. BANK ACCOUNTS: Each party presently maintains bank 't accounts in their single name which, as of the date of this agree- ment, shall remain the sole property of the party holding said account free and clear of any claim by the other party, including, but not limited to, checking, savings, retirement, or investment accounts. The parties also maintain a money market investment ~ . , account with E. F. Hutton, in joint names, which shall become the I~ ~ ' sole property of the Wife, and the Husband agrees to execute any ~ documents necessary to place this account in the Wife's name alone. ~ ~ 8. ALIMONY: Each party waives any right he or she may k ~ have now or in the future to alimony payments for support and maintenance, of whatever kind or nature, from the other party. ~ e 9.
