ADMISSIBILITY OF AG~LME'NT: Each party agrees that this Stipulation and Property Settlement Aqreement may be admissible in evidence in any dissolution of marriage or similar action and may become a part of any final judgment upon approval of a court of competent jurisdiction. RELEASE: Except as otherwise provided, each party waives, releases and relinquishes all rights that he or ~he may now have or may hereafter ac~uire as the other party's spouse under the present or future laws of any jurisdiction: (a) To elect to take against any Will or Codicil of the other party now or hereafter in force; (b) To share in the other party's estate; (c) To act as executor or personal representative of the other party's estate. 12. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS: Each party agrees to pay his or her own attorney's fees and court costs in the negotiation and preparation of this agreement, and in any action for dissolution of marriage or similar action brought in any court. 13. LAW GOVERNING CONSTRUCTION: The law of the State of Florida shall govern the validity, construction, interpretation and effect of this Stipulation and Property Settlement Agreement. ~ ; 14.
