A M E N D M E N T T O A G R E E M E N T ~
BY TAIS AMffi~IDI~iT to that certain Stipulation and
Property Set~lement Aqreement executed of even date between
JAMES W. O5T$RHOUDT, as Husband, and BARBARA P. OSTERHOUDT,
as Wife, the parties agree as follows:
1. REAL PROPERTY: As consideration for the Husband
receiving the exclusive use, ownership and possession of the
following described property, to-wit:
Land Lot 11 in the 16th District and ~~T~
First Section of Union County, Georqia, ~
containing 1.05 acres, more or less, FILEQ a`~- ~
less the southwest 20 feet ~ thereof , as ROGER PUiTN;=. .
recorded in P1at Book J, Folio 209, of ST. LUCiE ~
the Public Records of Union County, Georgia. ~93
the Husband sha11 pay to the Wife the sum of $2,570.00,
representing the Wife's one-half interest in this property.
This sum shall be due and payable to the Wife at 220 St. Luc:ie
Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, in 10 equal monthly installments ~
of $257.OQ commencing with the f irst payraent being made 30 days I

after the date of the Stipulation and Froperty Settlement Agree- ~
ment executed by the parties, and thereafter until paid in full. '
2. NAME CHANGE: The parties agree, subject to couit '
approval, that the Wife shall be allowed to return to the use of
her maiden name of BARBARA L.~PADRICK.
3. Except as otherwise provided in this amendment, the
Stipulation and Property Settlement Agreement, and the terms and
conditions thereof, shall remain in full force and effect and be
considered the complete agreement of the parties.
