in the approximate valve of $14,000.00 to~ether with a m~bi].e horne title in her
name which was p~t~ased fit~m assets ai the I~usband.

in the mobile t~ocne and may ptffchase the 4~ife's interest for 518,000.00 thereby
placing the Wife`s eq~table value on her m~bile hame and sav~.ngs at approximately
$32,000.00; leaving the ~h~sband's equity in th,e m~bile hc~me together with the
rc~ining ~}l of approxim~tely $72,000.00, amd app-,.oximately the s~e positian
that they w~ere in at the ti.me of their ~arriage .
Being otheYwise fully advised in the preadses it is thereupon

1. DISSOLUIT~1 C~ MARRIAC~: The marri.age betw~eer? (~'ARIES CATAD~E, husband
and ANNA M, CATAN~~E, Wi.fe, be, ~and the same i.s hereby ordered dissolved,
and t~e parties, and each of them, are h~reby €orev~r freed fran the bonds of
matrimony heretofore exi.sting be~ them and from the obligations arisin~ .
