DISSOLDTION OF MARRIAGS
THIS CAOSg having come on to be heard before me on
this v2/'~ day of October, 1985, for final hearing, and the
Court having examined the record and finding that the cause is
at issue, and the Court further having taken the testimony of
the Petitoner and of a witness in his behalf, and it appearing
that the Petitioner has been a resident of the State of Florida
for more than six (6) months next to filing the Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court further finding that the
marriage of the parties has been irretrievably broken, and the
Court bei-~g otherwise advised in the premises, it is therefore;
ORDERED, ADJUDGEB and D~CRSED:
1. That the parties are hereby granted a full and
k complete dissoluti~n of marriage, a vinculo matrimonii, of and
from one another and that the bonds of matrimony existing between
~
th~ Petitioner, DANIEL A. MARQUISE, and the Respondent, PAULA
MARIE MARQUZSE, be and the same are hereby dissolved and that
the parties an3 each of them is hereby freed from the obligation
thereof .
