' THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this d$y of ~ , 1985, by and between DAVlD GARAIER, of the County of St. L cie, State of Florida, herejnafter referred to ss Husband, and CLARISSA GARNER,of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the Wife. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the parties are Husband and Wife, having been duty married t~ each other on the 4th day of August, 1975 at Dade County, Florida. WHEREAS, both Husband and Wife fully understand ali the terms, conditions, and provisions of this Agreement, and believe it to be fair, just and adequate, and reasonable to each of them, and accordingly both the Husband and Wife freely accept such terms, conditions and provisions; and NOW, THEREFORE, in eonsideration of the premises, and of the mutual promises and undertakings herein contained, and af the ather good and valuabie considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree and covenant as failows: 1. Each party shall have full titie, custody or controi to all personal property now in their possession except as specifically may be set forih in this Agreement. 2. The part+es hereby warrant and represent that they have no outstanding obligations for which the other may b~ heid responsibie except as specifically set out in this Agreement and further warrant that neither wiil i~cur any obligations from this date hence in the name of the househoid. ' 3. Each of the parties dces hereby release the other of and from any claims, demands, dues, debts, or rights, speci~cally including a1! forms of alimany which either may have against the other, and except frvm such claims, demands, dues, debts or rights as provided in ihis Agreemen4 or which c~nnot be reieased as a matter of public policy. 4. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party releases and relinquishes ali rights that he or sl~e may now have or may hereafter acquire as the other party's spouse under present or future laws of any jurisdiction. an~~ 4~1 ~acE ,4`~
