Husband and Wife that the parties shall also share parental responsibility
for FERN ANN WEST, the Wife maintaining primary physical residence
~f said chiicl. It is understodd by both of the parties to the Agreement
that this Agreement does not bind the natural father of FERN ANN WEST,
and that even though the chiid's natural father has never contacted or
attempted to contact either the Wife or sai~ child since the child's bir~h,
the naturai father has ceriain rights and obligations which may be contrary
to this Agreement.
Pursuant to the provisions and stipulations set forth in the
~preceding paragraph it's specifically agreed that if this Agreement is
incorporated into a Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, the preceding
paragraph shali aiso be incorporated therein and further, that all reference
herein to "children of the marriage" or "children" shali be deemed to include
FERN ANN WEST, even through she is not the natural child of the Husband.
It is further specifically stipulated and agreed that even if this
Agreement or any part hereof is not incorporated into a Final Judgment of
Diss~lution of Marriage, all parts hereof, specifically those parts and
provisions relating to FERN ANN WEST are ~nfarceable in contract.
11. Husband shall have reasonable visitation rights with the children
and he shall . give reasonable advance notice of his visitation so that the plans
made by Wife for the children wili not be disturbed.

12. Each party shall notify the other promptly of any serious illness

~ or of any serious accident befailing the children, and any change of the ,

~ address of the children.

~ 13. Concerning all matters of policy involving the children, such as
~ heaith and education, the parties shall confer with a view of adopting a
harmonious attitude best calculated to promote the chitd's welfare.

14. The parties shal{ use ail reasonable efforts to maintain certain
free access and to create a feeling of affection between themselves and the

child. Neither shall do anything to hamper the natural development of the

child s love and respect for the other party.
15. Husband shall pay to the Wife for the support and maintenance
of the minor~children the sum of ;400.00 per month (;200.00 per month
per child) , beginnflng September 1, 1985, Until August i, 1986, whereupon '
