the sum payable s~ll increase to ~500.00 per month (;250.00 per month
per child) until such time as each child dies, marries, or reaches the age
of twenty-one years. Said payments shall be made to the Wife directly
at the specific request and direction of the Wife, and all payments shall
be made on the 1st day of each month.
16. As long as Husband pays the support described in para4raph 15,
he shall maintain and pay for the children's policy of inedical insuranc~ of
which the children are beneficiaries. Husband agrees to pay all reasonable
and necessary medical and dental biils incurred by said chiidren which are
not covered by insurance.
17. Commencing on November 17, 1997, Husbanci shall pay to the
Wife the sum of ;400.00 per month as permanent periodic alimony. Said
payments shall be made directly to the Wife and shail be payabie the first
of each ir~v~~th. Said alimony payment~ shall be unaffected by Wife's remarriage,
if any, and shal! continue untii her death or Husband's death, whichever
shall first occur.
18. Nothing contained in the Agreerr~ent shall be construed to prevent
either party from instituting an a~tion to dissolve the marriage in any competent
jurisdiction subject to the following :
a) As long as the parties are not in default of the Agreement,
they shall make no claim for alimony, or suit money or attorney's fees, except

as provided for in this Agreement.

~ b) This Agreement may be offered into evidence by either party
~ in any dissolution of marriage action. If acceptable to the Court, it may be r
. ~
incorporated by reference in the judgment that may be rendered. However, ;

notwithstanding incorporation in the judgment, tt?is Agreemeni shall not be
merged in it but shall survive the judgment and be binding on the parties
~ for ali times.
~ 19. The parties represent to each other:

~ a) Both parties have signed this Agreement freely an~l voluntarily,

intending to be bound by it. The Husband has been represented by DEBRA H. ~
PIERCE, ESQ.~ In preparation of this Agreement. The Wife further acknowledges
that she has made no representation to the Wife or given her any legal advice,
and that this Agreement has been signed by the Wife freely and voluntarily. ;
