BUDDIE, and the Waiver of Appearance by Respondent, PATRICIA A. BUDDIE. ThE Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds ~ t and determines the following: . t 1. l~lARRI~!~E: The parties were married on the 3rd ~ day of February, 1973, in North Bergen, New Jersey. 2. RESIDENCE: Petitioner has been a bonafide resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, for more than six (6) ~ months befare the commencement of this action. ~ 3. CHILDREN: Two children were born of this marriage, JAMIE BUDDIE and JESSICA BODDIE, born April 13, 1978 and November 12, 1974, cespect~vely. 4. SBARED PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: Both parties are fit and proper parents of the minor children born of the ~ ~ marriage. S 5. STIPULATIONS: That parties have entered into i ~ a Separatfon and Property Settlement Agreement, dated ~he 19th day af September, 1985, which is incorporated herein by reference. 6. WAIVER OF ALIMONY: The Court finds that each party has voluntarily and knowingly, waived alimony from the ~~"ROLD H. GOLOMAN, P.
