This action was heard before this Court on the

Marriage by the Petitioner, JAMES J. BUDDIE, and the Waiver
of Appearance by Respondent, PATRICIA A. BUDDIE. ThE Court
having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds ~

and determines the following: . t
1. l~lARRI~!~E: The parties were married on the 3rd ~
day of February, 1973, in North Bergen, New Jersey.
2. RESIDENCE: Petitioner has been a bonafide
resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, for more than six (6) ~
months befare the commencement of this action. ~
3. CHILDREN: Two children were born of this
marriage, JAMIE BUDDIE and JESSICA BODDIE, born April 13,
1978 and November 12, 1974, cespect~vely.
4. SBARED PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: Both parties
are fit and proper parents of the minor children born of the ~
~
marriage.
S 5. STIPULATIONS: That parties have entered into
i
~ a Separatfon and Property Settlement Agreement, dated ~he
19th day af September, 1985, which is incorporated herein by
reference.
6. WAIVER OF ALIMONY: The Court finds that each
party has voluntarily and knowingly, waived alimony from the
