7. WAIVER OF APPBARANCE: The Wife has knowingly
and voluntarily waived appearance in this hearing, and has
con~ented to a final judqment incorporating by reference the
Property Settlement Agreement aforesaid.
8. THB MARRIAGB IS IRRETRISVABLY BROREN: The
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. ,
IT IS TBERBFORS, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE:
The marriage between the ~etitioner, JAMES J.
BUDDIE, and the Respondent, PATRICIA A. BUDDIE, be and the
same is hereby DISSOLVED, and the parties are, and each of
them is, her~eby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2, SHARED PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:
The parties shall shar~e parental responsibility for
the minor children of their marriage as set forth in that
certain Separation and Property Settlement Agreement.
The primary physicial residence of the minor children shall
be with the Wife, subject to the right and responsibility of
the Husband to have frequent and continuing contact with the
children as set forth in that certain Property Settlement
= Agreement aforesaid. Each parent shall have the right to

reasonable telephor~ic communication with the children at all
times.
3. CHILD SUPPORT:
~ The Husband, JAMES J. BUDDIE, shall pay to the
Wife, PATRICIA A. BUDDIE, as support for the minor children,
the monthy sum of Three Hundred Sixty Jollars ($360.00) , the
= first sum being due on October 22, 1985, and a like sum on or

before the 22nd day of each consecutive month thereafter,
until each child reaches the age of eighteen (18) years, or.
